Should the information be confirmed as correct by the customer, Global Unlock will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

A refund will not be granted under the following conditions.

  1. If the phone is stolen and blocked from a network.
  2. If someone has attempted to unlock your phone before (hard locked) or if it has been tampered with.
  3. If the IMEI number, service provider or phone model provided by the customer is incorrect.

Please Note: You are fully responsible for providing the correct IMEI # for your phone. Entering the wrong IMEI# will result with us generating the wrong unlock code and the code will not work on your mobile phone! In this case we do not refund your purchase.

Order cancellations will only be considered if the order in question has not yet been processed. Once an order is placed we do not guarantee you can cancel it.

Unlock codes that are supplied by Global Unlock are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
